RHA's central philosophy is to provide affordable quality housing that can be purchased at a cost within easy reach of most families and individuals. To achieve such a goal the EzeBoard™ product incorporates leading edge technology to replace traditional building materials and construction methods.

Through developing effective industry relationships with such organisations as BlueScope Building Solutions and several research institutes, RHA has achieved this breakthrough resulting in a construction process that will eliminate the need to use heavy and specialised equipment on any site.

Accredited licensees have use of the EzeBoard™ product and patented RHA/Bluescope construction system. Detailed construction manuals are supported by a training programme under the license agreement. RHA further supports the licensee through ongoing quality assurance systems. No further royalties or costs apply when a licence is awarded and all license holders are able to tender for projects in their own right with RHA providing either flat packs or modules designed to the tender or client requirements.
